This vintage fiberglass trailer is ready to go. Has an older paint job that could be redone (as clearly photographed in last 2 pictures). Caulking is cracking. Our plan was to paint it and ask $11k, but we figure we'll let the new owner pick the paint color. Door has small crack in it that could be repaired at time of paint. Trailer smells brand new inside. Was my winter project. Clean Washington title.
